Your Role and Contribution: As the Vice President of Clinical Operations and Community Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in the organization, managing clinical operations while leading community engagement initiatives. This position requires a combination of strategic vision, operational expertise, and exceptional skills in community interaction to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services and the development of robust community partnerships. Your leadership will be essential in fostering public health improvements through active community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership in Clinical Operations:
    • Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer.
    • Oversee the Nursing and Care Management teams, as well as the Grant Department.
    • Manage daily clinical operations to ensure effective healthcare service delivery.
    • Develop and enforce protocols and policies aimed at enhancing patient care.
    • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.
    • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
  • Community Engagement Initiatives:
    • Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for community engagement that aligns with organizational objectives.
    • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and organizations to foster collaboration.
    • Represent the organization at various community events and initiatives.
    • Supervise outreach programs and health education efforts.
    • Advocate for community health needs and secure necessary resources and funding.
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation:
    • Expertly establish and manage clinical initiatives.
    • Participate in strategic planning to identify key operational and engagement priorities.
    • Implement programs aimed at enhancing services and community involvement.
    • Utilize data analytics to assess the impact of operational and community programs.
  • Budget Management and Resource Allocation:
    • Develop and manage budgets for clinical operations and community engagement programs.
    • Allocate resources effectively to support various initiatives.
    • Identify and manage funding opportunities for community health projects.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Foster a culture of collaboration among teams and community partners.
    • Ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
    • Provide regular updates to the executive team and board regarding ongoing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing with relevant clinical experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in clinical operations management, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in community engagement and partnership development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
