**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with Regional Property Managers, Community Managers, and Superintendents to develop and implement capital project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Work closely with Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Property Managers to identify and prioritize capital improvement projects, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Regional Property Managers, Community Managers, and Superintendents, to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues to ensure project success.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to Regional Property Managers and Community Managers on property management and facility operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in capital project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
