This position requires a forward-thinking leader with practical experience in systems management and a comprehensive grasp of innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute the overarching technology strategy in alignment with the organization's objectives.
  • Oversee and guide the IT team, currently comprising five professionals, while promoting collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence.
  • Supervise the architecture, deployment, and upkeep of the company’s technological framework.
  • Act as a Systems Administrator, managing platforms such as Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Nutanix.
  • Implement strong cybersecurity protocols and ensure that disaster recovery strategies are established and routinely evaluated.
  • Work in conjunction with other executives to foster technological progress and enhancements.
  • Assess and incorporate emerging technologies to boost productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage partnerships with external technology vendors and service providers.

Technical Expertise Required:

  • Expertise in Systems Administration, particularly with Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Nutanix.
  • Solid understanding of Cisco and Meraki technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in directing IT initiatives and teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of network systems, cybersecurity methodologies, and cloud solutions.
  • Capability to diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges swiftly.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the skill to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years in the IT sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional) are advantageous.
  • Proven track record in managing extensive technology projects and transformations.
