BA Global Talent is on the lookout for a motivated and seasoned
Territory Sales Leader with a comprehensive understanding of heavy machinery and a solid history of leading sales teams. This role involves overseeing the sales representatives across designated territories, ensuring optimal performance and engagement with clients. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, a strategic approach, and the capacity to foster sales growth through effective team leadership and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:- Direct and oversee a team of external sales representatives, including recruitment, target setting, and performance accountability.

  • Assess current sales initiatives and formulate new strategies to boost team effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring achievement of sales objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and assist existing clients.
  • Analyze customer requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings, pricing, auctions, and sales activities.
  • Employ CRM tools to manage daily interactions and follow-ups.
  • Travel frequently to support the sales team and participate in auctions, trade exhibitions, and training events.
  • Aid in equipment evaluations.
  • Be present during auctions to collaborate with the team and address auction-related needs.
  • Work alongside the marketing department to ensure proper promotion of items.
  • Provide updates on progress during weekly management discussions.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Over 5 years of sales experience with a proven success record.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or similar), and Outlook.
  • Prior experience with heavy machinery, commercial vehicles, and/or equipment leasing.
  • Experience in crafting and implementing territory sales strategies.
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously to achieve or surpass objectives.

On-Site: Various territories

Schedule: Full-Time
