Human Resources Coordinator in Manufacturing

In this role, you will provide essential HR support to our local facility, focusing on various aspects of human resources including recruitment, staffing, employment documentation, job evaluation, compensation, and benefits management. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records through HRIS to ensure precision and confidentiality.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Conduct new hire orientations, including safety training sessions.
  • Manage employee benefits by ensuring accurate enrollments and updates during life events.
  • Facilitate recruitment efforts such as job postings, resume evaluations, and interview coordination.
  • Review employee files to address inquiries and provide information to authorized personnel.
  • Gather data from HRIS and generate reports as needed.
  • Conduct background checks and manage I-9 documentation.
  • Assist in calculating wages and maintaining payroll data.
  • Compile and manage records for employee benefits administration.
  • Administer and track FMLA, STD, LTD, and ADA processes, including monitoring benefit paybacks.
  • Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Support company communications, HR policies, and training initiatives as required.
  • Address IT needs and requests for current employees and new hires.
  • Create badges for new and existing employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
