Position Summary: The Program Assistant at AHRC Suffolk will deliver essential administrative support across various programs within the organization. This position will serve as a professional point of contact for individuals visiting the facility and those reaching out via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and revise the procedural manual.
  • Assist in staff training initiatives.
  • Provide clerical assistance to different programs.
  • Sort and manage incoming correspondence.
  • Engage in monthly team meetings.
  • Support front desk operations as necessary, including answering calls and welcoming visitors.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver's License.
