Insurance Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and work ethic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the agency team to ensure successful long-term customer relationships.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales role.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
