Accounting Manager

Pella, a dynamic and innovative company, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger accounts and accounts payable/receivable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to inform business decisions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in general accounting or a related field.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups.
- Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
