We are seeking a skilled Dental Health Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our practice.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $50-55 per hour, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year. This translates to an estimated annual salary of $114,400. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, and relocation assistance. Our employer-paid benefits include up to $300 per month for medical expenses, starting after 90 days of employment. We also offer unlimited PTO, six paid holidays, and a $1,000 annual allowance for continuing medical education.

**Job Description**

As a Dental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting initial patient screenings, cleaning teeth, and advising patients on oral health and preventative care. Your duties will include sterlizing dental instruments, conducting initial mouth screenings, identifying conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis, and educating patients of all ages on proper teeth care. You will also assist dentists with selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases, take X-rays or dental impressions, and maintain accurate documentation and charts on each patient.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have a strong understanding of dental health principles and practices, as well as experience in conducting patient screenings and providing preventative care. A degree in dental hygiene or a related field is preferred.
