The hourly base pay rate is $23.75/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Overview

Cox Automotive is seeking a Business Services Specialist II to become a vital member of our Expedited Team within the Release Services Group.

Shift Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various activities within a secure environment. Business Services Specialists are expected to process documents promptly, accurately, and efficiently while ensuring a smooth transition between departments. Responsibilities may include receiving, sorting, scanning, batching, filing, retrieving, validating, or releasing documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process documents efficiently while ensuring a seamless flow between departments.
  • Sort and image lender packets within a secure area.
  • Retrieve essential documents from a secure repository.
  • Authorize state documents as required.
  • Adhere to established procedures and compliance standards.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule, including potential mandatory overtime.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and consistent accuracy in work.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams across the organization.
Work Environment:
  • Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks.
  • Capability to sit for extended periods.
  • Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
  • Variable shifts for Day, Evening, Part-Time, and Full-Time roles.
  • Ability to lift or push up to 35 pounds.

Benefits
Employees are eligible for a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off each month and seven paid holidays throughout the year. Additional paid time off may be available for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteering, military service, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
