Job Overview
Cox Automotive is seeking a Business Services Specialist II to become a vital member of our Expedited Team within the Release Services Group.
Shift Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST
The Business Services Specialist II role encompasses various responsibilities within a secured environment. This position requires individuals to manage documents with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless workflow across departments. Responsibilities may include receiving, sorting, scanning, batching, filing, pulling, validating, or releasing documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage documents to maintain a consistent workflow across departments.
- Sort and image lender packets within a secure area.
- Retrieve essential documents from a secured repository.
- Authorize state documents as required.
- Adhere to established procedures and compliance standards.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
- Exhibit flexibility in scheduling, including potential mandatory overtime.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately and thoroughly.
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of relevant experience; or a combination of higher education and experience in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks.
- Capability to sit for extended periods.
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
- Variable shifts for Day, Evening, Part-Time, and Full-Time roles.
- Ability to lift or push up to 35 pounds.

Benefits
Employees are eligible for a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off each month and seven paid holidays annually. Additional paid time off may be available for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteering, military service, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
