Position Overview:
As a key member of the Release Services Group, the Business Services Specialist II plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient handling of documents within a secure environment. This position is integral to maintaining a seamless workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage documents to ensure timely processing and accurate flow between departments.
  • Sort and image lender packets within a secure vault.
  • Retrieve and validate essential documents from a secured repository.
  • Sign off on state-required documentation while adhering to established compliance protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with three years of relevant experience. Alternatively, candidates with a higher education degree or certification in a related field and up to one year of experience, or five years of experience in a similar role, will also be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Work Environment:
The role requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks and sit for extended periods. Candidates should be prepared for variable shifts, including potential weekend work, and must be able to lift or push up to 35 pounds.
