Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Alkermes, Inc. in a Bulk Production role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Perform all necessary operation activities in bulk manufacturing, including equipment cleaning, setup, operation, and batch processing.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Read and follow detailed written SOPs/procedures and detailed documentation of operations according to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Monitor and Maintain Quality: Perform sample collection, equipment/process monitoring, and minor maintenance to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Document and Record Keeping: Accurately document all work and maintain records as required by cGMPs.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0-1 year experience in a sterile pharmaceutical operation preferred.
  • Skills: General math skills, including simple algebra; general knowledge of and adherence to cGMP; good written communication; excellent documentation skills; ability to lift/move 50lbs overhead and team lift 100lbs.
