We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Fleet Farm. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mentoring and leading team members, and ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and well-merchandised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assign, prioritize, and execute daily merchandising needs to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide in-aisle customer service and ensure that customers receive a high level of service.
  • Ensure proper facing of products and general recovery of the sales floor.
  • Coordinate with the Resets and Project Coordinator for all floor merchandising resets and off-shelf changes.
  • Read and implement planograms based on established deadlines.
  • Promote Fleet Farm's customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • 1-3 years of previous related retail or leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to direct and motivate a diverse population of team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to act decisively and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quick-changing environment.
