- Coach and develop team members to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place and consistently followed.
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issues, working closely with the District Manager on critical initiatives.
- Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance.
- Provide clear direction to the team and ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
- Mentor automotive technicians and CSA's to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Perform opening and closing duties, and lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive business goals.
- Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
- Adhere to all rules and regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- 1-3 years of retail management experience, with professional automotive experience a plus.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
- Ability to analyze and comprehend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
- Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance at all times.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.

- Competitive pay starting at $14.75 per hour, with incentive bonus pay for performance.
- Flexible working hours, including Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
