Key Responsibilities

  • Perform opening and closing duties, and lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive business goals.
  • Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
  • Adhere to all rules and regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of retail management experience, with professional automotive experience a plus.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
  • Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
  • Ability to analyze and comprehend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
  • Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance at all times.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.
  • 'Guest First' mindset.

  • Competitive pay starting at $14.75 per hour, with incentive bonus pay for performance.
  • Flexible working hours, including Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
