- Manage and maximize assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
- Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed.
- Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners.
- Meet with insurance adjusters on property.
- Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
- Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales/networking.
- Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners through under-promising and over-delivering.
- Educate customers on industry products and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
- Methodically manage sales pipelines via our CRM.
- Maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
- Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings.
- Follow AmeriPro's Sales System, policies, processes, and procedures.
- 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience (preferred).
- A reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred for vehicle allowance).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
- Industry knowledge (a plus, not required).
- Previous experience using a CRM platform.
- Experience following a documented consultative sales system (preferred).
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
- Dedication to personal career development by reaching set goals.
- A valid driver's license (any state applicable).
- 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes).
- Performance-based pay (based on activities).
- Commission on approved sales.
- $62,400 - $266,000 per year (expected yearly earnings).
- Vehicle allowance (for qualifying vehicles).
- Quarterly bonus.
- Full insurance benefits.

- Office support staff (lead generation, customer service, inside sales, supplements, estimating, production).
