About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager (Health and Wellness) to actively seek out and engage prospective customers to meet or exceed set quotas and goal objectives focused on the health and wellness industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for outreach and clients in a variety of health and wellness settings, building customer relationships and aligning customer priorities with InBody USA's values. The candidate should have experience working with end users and purchasing departments within health and wellness institutions.

This is a full-time, hybrid position at our office located in Cerritos, CA, reporting to the National Sales Manager - Health and Wellness.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody USA's professional line of Body Composition Analyzers.
  2. Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quota.
  3. Develop and foster relationships with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention.
  4. Execute sales strategies, adhere to current and any updated strategies, KPI's and policies.
  5. Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quota and goals for new customer acquisition.
  6. Track progress and results by recording prospect interactions and tracking goal attainment in CRM system.
  7. Research and understand target market by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and InBody USA's overall market opportunity.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or four (4+) years of relevant work experience.
  • One or more (1+) years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota and working with the end users and purchasing departments within academic institutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Type 40+ WPM.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day).
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho).
  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows.
  • Must be able to commute to the office located in Cerritos, CA.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Three or more (3+) years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding quota in fitness, nutrition, medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or related field.
