About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to actively engage with prospective customers in the health and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-user and purchasing departments within health and wellness institutions and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition of InBody's professional line of Body Composition Analyzers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and promote InBody's products to prospective customers, highlighting their key features and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Execute sales strategies, adhering to current and updated policies and KPIs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quotas and goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Track progress and results, recording prospect interactions and goal attainment in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and InBody's market opportunity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience.
  • One or more years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota and working with end-users and purchasing departments within health and wellness institutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a high daily call volume.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows.
