About the Role

We are looking to establish a talent pool of qualified Archive Coordinators to assist the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) in the organization, management, and preservation of data related to security cooperation initiatives. This includes identifying suitable databases for data storage and updating codebooks to facilitate relationships between various data sets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to the Performance Improvement and Effectiveness Directorate (PIE) within DSCA on effective methods to share contractor-developed deliverables via Socium.
  • Lead discussions on new AM&E requirements with multiple AM&E subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Upload both archival and new deliverables to the appropriate sections of Socium, which may involve cleansing unstructured data for conversion and upload, data processing, and creating data visualizations.
  • Report any issues identified during testing or production to the PIE team overseeing Socium.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience (with at least 2 years in a governmental context) in assessing software needs, developing security protocols for data management, and managing a team in daily data system operations.
  • 5 years of experience (3 years in a governmental context) in evaluating the archiving needs of security cooperation organizations and facilitating priority agreements among information system users.
  • 3 years of experience in Security Cooperation or international programs/projects within the security sector.
  • Possession of an active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree.
