Job Overview (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)

The individual in this role will oversee the administrative and financial operations of a power plant, encompassing financial forecasting, budgeting, procurement, accounting, human resources, payroll, benefits administration, and inventory management. This position involves managing plant APR, warehouse, and administrative staff, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and procedures while maintaining comprehensive records for the power plant. The role also includes establishing administrative controls for all accounting functions, such as general reporting, budgeting, and contract management, in line with established policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Possess extensive knowledge in relevant areas. Exhibit advanced technical expertise to address complex challenges. Function at a high level across multiple disciplines as a key contributor. Make informed decisions on intricate issues related to project components and advanced tasks. Lead research initiatives for innovations from external sources, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, services, and techniques within the function. Engage in complex projects and issues. Utilize independent judgment requiring thorough evaluation of various factors, selecting appropriate methods, techniques, and analytical approaches. Determine procedures for new assignments. Act as project/technical lead on medium to large-scale projects, coordinating the efforts of professionals, technicians, and others outside of the department. Provide training and mentorship to employees on technical competencies. Collaborate effectively to resolve significant issues, clarify complex information, and facilitate initial negotiations.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and project management across various functions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in PeopleSoft, Maximo, Hyperion, and ImageNow is highly desirable.

Compensation Information

Salary Range - $92,000 to $117,454.00
