Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office functions, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
- Draft and refine documents, presentations, and reports.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist in planning company events and team-building initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive support to staff and visitors.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of recruitment strategies.
- Post job listings on various platforms and oversee application tracking.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings.
- Coordinate and arrange interviews with hiring personnel.
- Maintain candidate databases and produce recruitment analytics.
