We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at ProSource Wholesale. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our trade pro members and their clients, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with current trade pro members and their clients to make ProSource their primary source for flooring and cabinets.
- Prospecting: Proactively reach out to trade pros who are not currently doing business with ProSource and help them understand the benefits of membership and how ProSource can help them grow their business.
- Customer Insights: Be curious and ask questions to understand your members' or prospects' business, growth goals, and current projects, and provide solutions to help them succeed.
- Customer Experience: Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience for your trade pros and their clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry products, key home remodeling trends, and industry news by leveraging our extensive training opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM system with information about your members and prospects.
- Goal-Oriented: Have a sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with the showroom team.
- Education: High School diploma or GED
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Wholesale Sales Experience: Wholesale sales or flooring/kitchen & bath experience a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and general understanding of technology and the internet
