Role Overview: As a Security Solutions Account Manager, you will take charge of expanding a designated region or territory by leveraging AMAROK's proven inside sales methodologies.
This position is designed for a proactive sales professional, where you will have full accountability for cultivating and sustaining a robust prospect pipeline.
This inside sales role collaborates closely with the outside sales team to optimize sales opportunities and drive significant growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through thorough research, networking, social selling, and proactive cold calling (a minimum of 25 cold calls daily).
- Utilize marketing data to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency by employing relevant sales management tools.
- Strategically plan and deliver engaging virtual sales presentations that highlight AMAROK's offerings and security solutions, with a primary focus on closing deals.
- Work in tandem with Outside Sales team members to generate strong business leads and sales opportunities, fostering a unified approach to closing transactions.
- Document all interactions and activities related to prospects or customer accounts within the CRM (Salesforce).
- Maintain accurate customer account records, including contact details in Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience, particularly in B2B, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
