The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist involve collaborating with the Marketing Manager, fellow marketing coordinators, project managers, and technical personnel to develop proposals, qualification documents, and marketing materials such as presentations and resumes, reporting, and announcements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lead tracking, follow-up, and coordinate marketing initiatives with technical teams.
- Edit proposal sections and resumes with guidance from a technical lead or marketing manager.
- Design and develop graphics to effectively communicate winning proposal themes.
- Edit the layout of proposals.
- Oversee the preparation of specialized marketing materials for professional meetings, conferences, and seminars.
- Lead the production, assembly, and delivery of final proposal documents.
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings to stay informed about company pursuits, strategies, and objectives.
- Assist in maintaining our marketing database.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, regional departments, technical managers, and project staff.
- Quick self-starter, team-oriented, and adaptable to various personalities and professional styles.
- Service-oriented, self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
- Commitment to being a positive, contributing member of the team at all times.
- Dedication to quality, with a highly organized approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-5 years of experience in the AEC industry.
- Professional experience in technical writing, research, communications, and/or marketing roles.

Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
