About the Role

As a Cardiology Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed established sales budgets, demonstrating a strong understanding of the market and our products.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, leveraging your knowledge of heart failure and the healthcare landscape.
  • Provide valuable insights and input to our commercial and medical teams, informing strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, customers, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including marketing, sales, and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points, using this insight to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Utilize sales reports and data to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
  • Proven track record of high achievement, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
