Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Director in executing marketing strategies
  • Coordinate various client events, including ordering supplies and creating promotional materials
  • Follow up with participants from client events and seminars
  • Greet clients and manage phone communications in a friendly manner
  • Accurately document notes from client interactions
  • Maintain and update the database of clients and prospects
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained
  • Prioritize daily tasks to manage time effectively
  • Provide general support to other team members as needed
