Position Overview

The primary role of the Senior Brand/Product Marketing Specialist is to support the development, execution, and assessment of marketing initiatives and programs for designated service lines and departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement marketing strategies and tactics for specific clinical service lines and departments.
  • Provide support and assistance with daily marketing operations, utilizing independent judgment and creativity.
  • Manage multiple intricate projects in a dynamic, service-oriented, and collaborative team environment.
  • Projects may include web content creation, email campaign development, brochure design and production, and coordination of photo shoots.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and vendors to align expectations and enhance productivity.
  • Create engaging written content across various platforms, including web, social media, print materials, and email newsletters.
  • Maintain proficiency in search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices.
  • Evaluate marketing strategies of key competitors in the healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in public relations, social media, digital engagement, creative services, community outreach, and fundraising to ensure cohesive messaging and efficient communication.
  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of marketing and brand preference strategies, recommending adjustments to optimize campaign performance.
  • Support regular reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
  • Stay informed about integrated brand marketing best practices, particularly within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Exemplify behaviors that promote diversity among our caregivers, patients, and customers, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment.
Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor's degree
5-8 years of experience in developing and executing creative marketing and communication plans.

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
Experience in agency and/or healthcare marketing.
