Executive Assistant to Busy Professionals

MOD Assistants is a rapidly growing team that specializes in providing exceptional personal assistance services to busy professionals and small business owners. We are committed to delivering top-notch support, ensuring our clients can focus on their core activities while we handle the intricacies of their daily lives.
Salary and BenefitsAs an Executive Assistant with MOD Assistants, you will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of $24 per hour, paid via direct deposit. You will also have access to quarterly bonus opportunities through team contests, client referrals, and other incentives. Additionally, MOD covers all assistants with professional liability and worker's comp insurance, providing you with comprehensive protection and peace of mind.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate for this role will possess at least two years of experience in personal assistance, culinary arts, home care, or related fields. You should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for household management, meal planning, grocery shopping, errands, shopping and returns, laundry, dry cleaning, and home organization.
Requirements and Qualifications- Must have at least two years of experience related to personal assistance (or nanny), culinary, home care, etc.
- Must be willing to drive to a client's home/office.
- Must be available 15-20 hours per week during regular office hours (Monday - Friday 9-5pm).
- All assistants must pass a full background check.
- You choose your clients, build your schedule, and enjoy ongoing client flow.
- We provide support technology to track hours and billable expenses.
- You'll receive quarterly training opportunities to learn new skills or sharpen existing ones.
- Support from a team of experienced assistants in the local Dallas area and nationwide.
A typical MOD Executive Assistant balances three to five clients, managing their day-to-day life, including household management, meal planning, and more. Each assistant undergoes an initial training program to prepare for taking on their first MOD client. Assistants are paired with clients based on their experience, skill set, availability, personality, and location.
