Executive Support Professional

The Colvin Resources Group is hiring an Executive Support Professional to provide expert support to our senior leadership team in the Dallas area.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing top-notch administrative support, requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and flexibility. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective calendar management systems, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including personal and business trips, to ensure efficient logistics and itinerary planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of expense reports, as well as maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Provide general administrative support, including setting up conference rooms, printing meeting materials, and researching background information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all correspondence, meetings, and other interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support daily operations, including handling confidential information, coordinating with external vendors, and providing general assistance to the Investment and Operations teams.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Senior/C-Level Executive Assistant experience required.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with high level of energy and a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
Benefits and Compensation:
- $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) match, and cell phone reimbursement.
- Complimentary gym located onsite, free parking, and 15 vacation days (20 days after two years).
- WFH on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day and WFH for two weeks in December.
