About the Role: We're seeking a highly skilled Car Rental Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and maintaining strategic relationships with vendors in the car rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative procurement strategies that drive margin growth and identify reliable, competitive vendors in the local market.
  • BUILD and maintain strong vendor relationships, securing advantageous terms, stable supply, and campaigns based on data-driven forecasts and analysis.
  • Assist in launching new vendor resources and campaigns, including communication on possible training, campaign requirements, and system configuration.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints by working closely with the service team to resolve issues and provide assistance.

Requirements:

  • Valid working authorization in the U.S. (no sponsorship required)
  • Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a position within car rental companies
  • Strong logical thinking, data analysis capabilities, good learning ability, and resource integration skills

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual base range for this position is $65,000 - $120,000, with potential for increase based on performance. Additional benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, basic life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, paid sick leave, paid time off, examination leave, business travel reimbursement, travel discounts, holiday allowance, and a vacation subsidy of USD 300 equivalent in Trip Coins.
