Executive Business Development Professional

Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales reps' sales numbers, target customers, and target products. You will also be responsible for introducing new products into the market place, setting up trade shows and meetings, and developing loyalty amongst new customers. Additionally, you will build a new book of business through various channels.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in the lighting industry, strong knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and market trends. You should also be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have an established track record of leading and motivating sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $30.00 and $45.00 per hour based on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K, dental, and other benefits.
