Position: Chief Executive Partner to the CEO

Reports to: CEO

Location: Full-time role based in Tampa, in-office.

Travel: As required (1-2 times a year, if necessary)

Availability: On-call, as required.

Position Summary:

As a Chief Executive Partner, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team that underpins the success of the entire organization.

In this capacity, you will be one of the key individuals supporting the CEO and executive team members. Your main duties will involve assisting the CEO with both personal and professional responsibilities.

Alignment with company values is paramount in this role. Given your close interaction with the CEO and leadership teams, it is vital that you resonate deeply with their principles.

In this position, you will handle a diverse array of tasks, including research, travel arrangements, office management, and personal and business-related duties for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects on behalf of the CEO to ensure accountability within the team.
  • Assist and liaise with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiatives.
  • Facilitate and document project status during meetings, ensuring accountability for all participants.
  • Manage the Asana task list, including tasks assigned to team members, to promote transparency with the Lead Executive Assistant & CEO and foster effective collaboration within the Leadership Team.
  • Remind executives of critical tasks, deadlines, and decisions that need to be made.
  • Research and procure gifts for both business and personal occasions.
  • Encourage transparency within the organization through collaboration and communication.
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with team members and external stakeholders while representing the CEO with professionalism.
  • Anticipate needs and ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of pertinent details.
  • Assist with workshop tasks as required by the People Operations team.
  • Conduct necessary research on behalf of the Executives to enable focus on new projects, ventures, and other significant matters.
  • Ensure the Executive's calendar is pre-planned weekly or reviewed the week prior to allocate time for important meetings and activities.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

  • Demonstrated success in project management.
  • Strong managerial skills.
  • Familiarity with administrative systems and standard operating procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, including discretion, confidentiality, adaptability, active listening, precision, and articulation.
  • Quick learner of new software.
  • Proficiency in drafting emails, memos, reports, and other documents with clarity, precision, and a positive demeanor is essential.
  • Capability to maintain accuracy and discretion in high-level administrative tasks, such as coordinating executive schedules, preparing executive presentations, and managing travel logistics.
  • Ability to anticipate the CEO's needs several steps ahead is crucial.

The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to be on-call as needed.
