The Chief Operations Officer / Strategic Integrator is a high-level executive with exceptional internal communication skills and emotional intelligence. We seek someone who can build a strong rapport with the CEO while enhancing their effectiveness and safeguarding their time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of Chief Operations Officer / Strategic Integrator involves handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership, Management, and Accountability
  • Aligning with the organization's vision and executing it throughout the company
  • Creating, implementing, and managing both internal and external systems and processes
  • Possessing comprehensive knowledge and organizational skills to understand future directions
  • Overseeing daily business operations, including the development and management of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Managing team dynamics and directing internal and external reports
  • Leading, motivating, and retaining top talent while collaborating with the CEO on hiring processes
  • Driving innovation and training initiatives
  • Managing external finance teams
  • Establishing long-term and short-term goals aligned with the company vision

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 5-7 years of executive leadership experience
  • Experience in regulated industries
  • Demonstrated growth mindset related to staff and practice locations
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Operational leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred:

  • Entrepreneurial experience
  • Previous COO role in a regulatory environment

Desired:

  • Experience in utilizing referral networks and collaborating with vendor partners
  • Background in mergers and acquisitions
  • Advanced degrees such as MBA, CPA, or JD
