Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer bid calendars
  • Spot project opportunities for bidding
  • Conduct takeoffs and gather bid documents, plans, and specifications
  • Utilize factory software tools for equipment selection
  • Prepare quote letters and pricing summaries
  • Maintain and update opportunities in ATM CRM
  • Develop submittal documents for various products
  • Process orders to factories
  • Communicate shipping details between factory and customer
  • Monitor orders and shipments as required
  • Handle warranty claims with manufacturers
  • Manage orders in ATC CRM
  • Provide engineering assistance as necessary
  • Support ATC stock orders
  • Participate in jobsite and customer visits to assist Sales Engineers
  • Stay updated with factory software versions
  • Assist customers with inquiries

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Robust technical background in HVAC
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills, exhibiting tact and diplomacy
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Internet Browser (Chrome), and relevant Microsoft CRM software

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Physical Demands:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
  • Potential travel to meet with clients or prospective clients
