Your Role:
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in our stores. Your enthusiasm for fashion and your ability to connect with customers will help create memorable shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers, sharing the story and values of Wildfang Co.
- Assist customers with styling and product selections, both in-store and virtually, ensuring their needs are met with thoughtful recommendations.
- Follow up with customers post-visit to enhance their experience and encourage future engagement.
- Proactively reach out to existing clients and engage with walk-in customers to exceed their expectations and drive sales.
- Encourage customers to join our loyalty program, create online profiles, and participate in events.
- Stay informed about company updates, product launches, and store performance to provide knowledgeable service.
- Manage inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and restocking merchandise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events to enhance customer engagement.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by store leadership.
Qualifications:
- A passion for delivering a seamless customer experience and embodying the Wildfang brand.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to making every interaction enjoyable for customers and colleagues.
- Ability to foster connections and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Strong business sense and willingness to step outside of your comfort zone.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
