Clinical Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Clinical Scheduler to join our team at AT Home Care & Hospice. As a Clinical Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home health services by managing patient schedules and coordinating with our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of care
- Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and schedules
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team as needed
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid nursing license from the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of one year clinical experience, preferably in home health
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment, preferred
