Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-C) or Psychologist to join our team and provide psychotherapy services to seniors in our partner facilities. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors while enjoying a flexible and autonomous work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family counseling to clients in nursing homes, assisted care, and other long-term care facilities.
  • Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
  • Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements
  • Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care.
  • State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-C) or Psychologist.
  • Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours (no night or weekend calls).
  • Ability to stand for 20 minutes.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds.
