Job Summary

Virginia Family Services is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our Addiction Recovery Treatment Services Department. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical staff and providing supervision in the Addiction Recovery Treatment Services Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to CSAC and CSAC-S staff
  • Manage chart maintenance and ensure compliance
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with the Department to ensure communication
  • Work with the Assistant Clinical Supervisor to maintain services for Individuals
Requirements
  • Licensed in Virginia as either LPC or LCSW (Preferred) or a License Eligible Resident or Supervisee
  • Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience
  • Minimum of four (4) years of clinical experience with adults, children, and adolescents
  • Clinicians must have experience in substance use and mental health treatment and diagnosis

This is an in-person position with scheduled hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
