Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate outpatient services for clients with serious mental illness.
  • Develop and implement service plans to meet clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in MH/MR or related field required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills necessary.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
