We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. As a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), you will provide culturally competent mental health services to Spanish-speaking clientele.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will deliver skill-building training, offer crisis intervention services, and maintain comprehensive client records. They will establish rapport with clients, families, and support systems, providing emotional support and encouraging family involvement.
Responsibilities:- Deliver one-on-one training sessions using evidence-based practices and curriculum.
- Provide crisis intervention services via face-to-face, phone, or on-call contact.
- Maintain client records in the electronic system, adhering to Texas Administrative Code requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with community partners, including courts, probation, and tribal agencies.
- Teach clients effective communication, problem-solving, and anger management techniques.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a QMHP in the state of Texas.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnosis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations, preferably with the Hispanic community.
- A competitive salary range of $62,500 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience.
