Clinical Therapist for Behavioral Health Services

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Entering Wellness Mental Health, LLC. As a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to adults and children.
About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based trainings to help individuals develop essential life skills, manage behaviors, and cope with emotional challenges. Your primary focus will be on providing strength-based interventions that promote independent living, self-sufficiency, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skill Building Training: Develop and implement individualized training plans to enhance clients' skills in areas such as communication, problem-solving, anger management, and daily living tasks.
- Crisis Intervention Services: Provide immediate support and crisis intervention services to clients experiencing emotional or behavioral distress.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with case managers, families, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery and effective outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling) from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents with behavioral challenges.
- Registration as a nurse (R.N.) is preferred but not required.
Work Environment and Requirements:
This position requires a strong passion for helping others, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must have a reliable vehicle, a cell phone, and access to a computer/laptop at home. A laptop or access to a computer/printer outside of office hours is also necessary.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth, paid time off, and a supportive work environment.
