Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, including scheduling, billing, and insurance claims. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical scheduling and patient appointment coordination, as well as exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of daily clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and insurance claims.
  • Coordination of patient appointments and seamless communication with team members and families.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports to support quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong background in medical scheduling and managing patient appointments.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.

Our Compensation Package

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
