Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist II to join our team at Blue Canyon Technologies. As a Quality Assurance Specialist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and participate in quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
  • Strong knowledge of quality principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a professional office environment and a manufacturing setting. The employee will be required to sit for long periods of time and occasionally stand, bend, reach, and walk. The position requires some light physical effort and the ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
