Job Responsibilities


The Client Success Specialist will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships with our clients in our rapidly expanding organization.

The primary goal of Scrut Automation's Client Success team is to revolutionize our clients' compliance experiences.

Key Duties:

  • Manage the entire Customer Life Cycle & Account Management process - from Sales Transition, ensuring seamless onboarding, and maintaining consistent engagement through Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, while building a foundation of Trust & Transparency.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding with integration assistance and promote product adoption.
  • Act as the customer's advocate and influence the product development strategy.
  • Understand every facet of the customer journey, prioritizing their needs.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify at-risk customers and proactively engage to reduce churn.
  • Monitor initiatives aimed at achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and developing new capabilities.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Scrut Automation and demonstrate how our platform can enhance security posture through our standard offerings (SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR).
Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or compliance sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong critical thinking capabilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts with a technical audience.
  • A strong ability to multitask effectively.
  • A solid work ethic and the ability to seek assistance when necessary.
