Job Responsibilities
The Client Success Specialist will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships with our clients in our rapidly expanding organization.
Key Duties:
- Manage the entire Customer Life Cycle & Account Management process - from Sales Transition, ensuring seamless onboarding, and maintaining consistent engagement through Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, while building a foundation of Trust & Transparency.
- Facilitate customer onboarding with integration assistance and promote product adoption.
- Act as the customer's advocate and influence the product development strategy.
- Understand every facet of the customer journey, prioritizing their needs.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify at-risk customers and proactively engage to reduce churn.
- Monitor initiatives aimed at achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and developing new capabilities.
- Become a subject matter expert on Scrut Automation and demonstrate how our platform can enhance security posture through our standard offerings (SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR).
- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
- Experience in the cybersecurity or compliance sector.
- Excellent communication skills with strong critical thinking capabilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts with a technical audience.
- A strong ability to multitask effectively.
- A solid work ethic and the ability to seek assistance when necessary.
