Internal – Senior Agency Experience Manager, Outside Sales, Quotation Specialists, Production, Purchasing, Finance, Engineering, Field Service, and Logistics

  • Core Duties:
  • Engages in professional written and verbal communication through phone, email, video conferencing, and face-to-face interactions with agents and clients.
  • Processes orders based on customer purchase orders after ensuring product compatibility. Communicates with agents to identify potential issues and reduce customer ordering mistakes.
  • Recommends additional or alternative products and services to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Investigates and resolves a variety of customer inquiries.
  • Monitors and manages orders to ensure timely release to production.
  • Accelerates the delivery of selected orders.
  • Tracks order progress and notifies relevant personnel of any potential delivery issues.
  • Acts as a communication bridge between clients, sales personnel, and internal departments to ensure prompt responses.
  • Promotes open communication both internally and externally and advocates for innovative changes to enhance processing and service levels.
  • Provides mentorship and support to new or less experienced team members.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Background in manufacturing or the electrical sector.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proven experience in a related field and extensive product knowledge is essential.
Requires strong organizational and time management abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is crucial.

Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet management, email, and meeting coordination software. Ability to efficiently utilize internet and web-based resources. Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM software is mandatory.

Must be highly collaborative and capable of functioning in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a strong customer focus are required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with the ability to convey complex information clearly across all organizational levels.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and implement proactive corrective measures are essential.
