Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who will serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse clientele. This role is essential in fostering strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining robust customer relations through timely quotations and follow-ups.
  • Managing the complete customer experience from order entry to fulfillment.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and participating in all safety initiatives.
  • Providing a warm and professional greeting to customers via phone, in-person, or email.
  • Accurately processing orders received through various channels.
  • Communicating lead times and ensuring on-time delivery through diligent follow-up.
  • Resolving customer issues and inquiries effectively.
  • Generating timely quotations and following up on requests for quotes.
  • Gathering market pricing feedback to inform pricing strategies.
  • Building strong relationships with accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Coordinating customer design requests and maintaining a design log.
  • Proactively reaching out to customers to secure new orders.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma along with three years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and familiarity with specific software applications.
  • The ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
