We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Regional Business Growth Specialist. In this critical role, you will partner with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist (CDS) to drive business growth and expansion within your assigned territory.

About the Job

Your primary responsibility will be to promote the adoption of Sequel products and services within your assigned territory, working closely with healthcare providers to prescribe Sequel products for people with diabetes.

Key responsibilities include developing effective territory planning strategies, building strong customer relationships, driving continued adoption and growth of Sequel products, and collaborating with customer care and sales support teams.

You will have the opportunity to participate in internal advisory boards and contribute to cross-functional departments, utilizing your expertise in diabetes and therapeutic options for diabetes care.

Salary and Benefits

The total compensation package for this position includes a base salary of $185,000 - $215,000 annually, which varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, you can expect target incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO and a car allowance.
