We are seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to drive business expansion and development for our workers' compensation medical practice in Fresno, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new location opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing team.

About the Role:
  • Market analysis and competitor research to inform expansion strategies.
  • Relationship building with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, and industry partners.
  • Expansion budget management to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI alignment.
  • Team leadership and development to foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Clear articulation of the practice's value proposition to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in growth strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to build and motivate a team.

The estimated salary for this role is $110k per year, and flexible work from home options are available.
