The Administrative Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in managing, overseeing, and ensuring the successful administrative, financial, and operational aspects of an urgent care location. This role is accountable for:


Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing team members in partnership with the leadership team to achieve business objectives.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the urgent care location, including administrative, financial, and operational tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative operations management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
