Technical Director for Complex Water Systems

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to lead our team in designing and executing complex water treatment solutions for the Microelectronics industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of ultrapure water (UPW) and non-biological wastewater (WW) treatment systems, ensuring they meet stringent customer specifications.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in process engineering and leadership roles within the Industrial water market. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional project execution teams to deliver complete system solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Fostering a collaborative environment among team members, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Developing and implementing process designs, including defining design basis, process design parameters, mass balance, and proposal development.
- Providing strategic direction and facilitating decision-making to ensure alignment with project objectives and customer requirements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to set and communicate a vision, align and inspire a team, train and coach others, and make effective decisions under evolving conditions.
- Proven track record of collaborating with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Bachelor's Degree in an accredited Engineering field or another technical discipline such as Science, combined with related experience.
- At least 10 years of related experience, with an emphasis on design and/or operation of Microelectronics water and wastewater treatment solutions.
- Microelectronics industry experience in UPW and WW, including designing treatment systems, piloting and bench-scale treatability studies, and using projection software/tools for process design.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
